  • Writing - Character description Today we will be writing a character description based on the plans you wrote yesterday. You may want to watch the whole video again to refresh your memories, or just watch from where you finished yesterday. Make sure to check your finished writing against the success criteria checklist on the very last slide of the presentation. Enjoy and have fun!
  • Maths – Dividing a 2-digit number by a single digit. Today we will be looking at dividing. Remember, when it says base 10, it means dienes. When dividing bigger numbers it is sometimes easier to partition these (split them up) to do this. Remember ÷ 2 is the same as halving, ÷ 4 is the same as halving then halving a number again, ÷ 8 means halving a number, halving it again and then once more! Some of these you may be able to solve mentally. Select session 3 and watch the video, the worksheet can be found below. This will be a challenge, show us you determination and resilience and have a go! Any questions, please e-mail your class teacher. Not enough challenge?
