How to make an apple bird feeder with Mrs Virgo.

Nature explorers

Some of the Explorers were busy in the woodland on Monday looking for signs of animals.  They found mounds of mud and tracks and tried to think of what animals might be there.  If you would like to encourage more birds into your garden you could try to make one of the bird feeders that I made earlier or have a look at the woodland trust website for other ideas.  

Maths

Our maths focus this term is looking at comparing sizes.  Can you go on a hunt around your house or garden and find 5 different things and put them into size order.  Tell a grown up which one is the smallest and the biggest. Did you find any things that were the same size?
