This weekend the RSPB are encouraging people to sign up to the Big Garden Birdwatch.  To take part you need to count how many birds are in your garden.  There are lots of exciting ways to encourage more birds on their website and some fun sheets that you can use to help keep count. 
We will be taking part in nursery and to get ready we are making bird feeders using fruit and seeds, playing bird snap to help remember the different birds and looking at the numbers 1-5 so we can help to count.

You could try using these sheets when you count the birds, or make your own at home.
